During the summer of 2017, members of Our Saviour will take part in two different mission trips, both focused on service to those in need.
Hurley, Virginia Mission Trip
- For young people who have completed grades 8 through 12, and for adults
- Working with a local community development center, we will spend almost a week building, repairing and cleaning homes in rural Appalachia.
- Skill with tools is helpful — a loving heart is mandatory!
- July 2-8, 2017.
Junior High Servant Event
- For young people who have completed grades 6 through 8.
- An exploration of urban poverty in Virginia Beach.
- Participants will work in a homeless shelter, glean crops on a farm to support a food pantry, and more.
- July 23-28, 2017.
