Would you like to learn how you could own an affordable home or do you know someone in your church, family or neighborhood who may be interested?
Fauquier Habitat for Humanity is hosting two applicant information sessions for individuals and families to learn more about our partnership program and receive an application to partner with us on the journey toward homeownership. Participants must complete the Eligibility Questionnaire to receive link to virtual applicant information sessions or call 540-341-4952. Sessions will be offered March 31st at 6:30pm and April 3rd at 10am. (Participants need to attend only one info session.)
When evaluating whether Fauquier Habitat’s partnership program is right for you or someone you know, it may be helpful to know that qualified Habitat homebuyers are:
- In need of better housing
- Willing to partner with Fauquier Habitat
- Able to pay an affordable mortgage
- Live, work or attend school in Fauquier or Rappahannock counties for at least one year
- Meet the below income requirements
