The window is now open for Council members and/or members of their teams and/or ministries to submit request(s) for funding from the 2021 Memorial and Endowment Fund distribution.
A request form, which is in Word so it can be easily tailored if you feel there is a need to expand upon some areas, can be obtained by contacting the church office (office@oslc-warrenton.org) or Ken McIlvoy directly through your church directory.
Once you have received and completed the form — and saved it to your computer — email it back to either the church office or Ken McIlvoy. It will then be forwarded to the Committee for consideration and you will be advised of their decision.
