Richard Baker, a stalwart member of Our Saviour Lutheran Church, passed away late yesterday evening, November 18, 2021, with his wife Barbara at his side. Pastor Michael was able to be there for prayers and to comfort the family.
In the sure and certain hope of the Resurrection to eternal life won for us by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we remember before God our brother, Rich.
Almighty God, source of all mercy and giver of comfort,
graciously tend those who mourn, that, casting all their
sorrow on you, they may know the consolation of your
love; through your son, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
A funeral service will be held at Our Saviour Lutheran Church on Sunday, December 12. More details will follow this week.
